At the 3^rd and last floor of a small building in the centre of Deiva Marina are located the two bright and comfortable apartments of 55 m².
They have a living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and a twin bed room.

The kitchen is fully equipped, with cookers, electric oven, microwave, freezer-fridge ideal for those who want to prepare his lunch/dinner in a quiet and home environment.

The flats have got wifi free, security door, hairdryer, tv full hd 32", iron, iron board, washing machine, shower with hydro massage and hydro jets and radio.

These apartments are not far from the rail station (about 250 m) that let you reach the nearest Cinque Terre and Portofino.

Parking is free .

The price includes:

• Towels for the bath.
• Toiletries for bath.
• Sheets and blankets.
• Kitchen linens.
• The cleaning and changing of towels and blankets for stay longer than a week.
• Water, electricity, heating for the winter season, final claeaning of the flat (kitchen non included in case the surcharge is € 20,00), VAT.
• Free entry in our private beach- Bagni Arcobaleno- and free use of all our beach services as one umbrella with sunchair and sunbed.
• Free parking.
• Baby cot and baby seat on demand.

It is also possible, on demand,a daily cleaning of the apartment with the surcharge of € 20,00 per day.

Terms of lease

• The check in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM ( in case of delate please advice)
• The check out within 11:00 AM
• Advance deposit : 30% of the total price of your stay will have to be paid at the booking confirmation. The balance will have to be paid at your arrival upon the delivery of the keys. The reservation will be considered binding only after receiving the requested deposit.
• The guest undertakes to handle and use with care the apartment and he to return it in the same conditions he find it at his arrival. He also undertakes to pay for any damage or missing items. To ensure this the guest -at his arrival- upon delivery of the keys will give a deposit of € 100,00. This deposit will be returned at the checkout with the return of the keys. In case of damage and/or missing items the deposit will be decreased by the amount by the amount necessary to recompense them.
• The number of people indicated for each apartment is the maximum capacity allowed for it. Therefore, the although very small, all the children will be considered as adults for the count of the guest allowed and they must fall in the number of maximum capacity for each apartments.
• The balance must be paid at delivery of the keys at the reception of the Hotel Bagni Arcobaleno - Lungomare C.Colombo, 6.
• We accept PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).

TERMS OF CANCELATION

• In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival day the guest will be refunded the full amount of the deposit.
• In case of cancellation between the 14th day and the 7th day of the arrival date it will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
• No refund will be due in case of cancellation occurs between the 6th day and the date set for the arrival or in case of no show.
• If the guest arrive after his checking expected day or leave before his checkout expected day must pay as well the same total amount of his reservation.
